I Heart Faces Challenge: Week 4

I've never entered the I Heart Faces challenge, but decided to give it a whirl! This week's theme is textures - one of my favorite things on earth. This is an image I took this fall during a Senior Portrait session. She was the best model in the world...so natural in front of the camera. I really love the subtle effect the black and white textures have. Check out the I Heart Faces blog and enter one of your own pictures! It's a fantastic place to learn new techniques.

Argyle and Polka-dots!

This was SUCH a fun shoot! The children were full of energy and were a pleasure to photograph. Aren't their outfits darling? I'm a huge fan of argyle and polka-dots and I think these guys should get some sort of award for being the best-dressed!

I had the immense honor of photographing my best friend's wedding over the holiday break. Isn't she lovely? The wedding was beautiful and so was she. One of my favorite moments was when the bride's mother brought out a special dish just for the bride ~ macaroni and cheese of course! Her favorite! Congratulations K + R!
